Opening script with Sublime Text opens two instances instead of one
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Set Sublime Text as external script editor
3. Open script
Expected: only one script editor window will be opened
Actual: if it was closed with X, it will open two instances instead of one
Note: When you open it for the first time or after quit with cmd+q, it sometimes opens an empty tab.
Reproduced on: 5.3.7p3, 5.4.4f1, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b4
