Opening Light Explorer's Volume tab in HDRP project shows a "NullReferenceException" error
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with an HDRP template
2. Open Light Explorer (Window > Rendering > Light Explorer)
3. Select the Volumes tab
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No error
Actual result: Error appears: "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b15), 12.1.2 (2021.2.7f1), 13.1.3 (2022.1.0b2)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.34f1), 10.8.0 (2020.3.25f1), 11.0.0 (2021.2.0a1)
