To reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project.
2. Open "Scene" scene.
3. Enter play mode.
4. Notice the Z-fighting in presented cube gameObjects.
Expected result: No Z-fighting occurs on the cubes when rotating the camera.
Actual result: Z-fighting occurs on the cubes when camera is being rotated.
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0a6, 2017.3.0b11, 2017.2.0p4, 2017.1.2p3, 5.6.4p3, 5.6.0b3.
Not reproduced with: 5.6.0b2, 5.5.5p2.
Regression introduced in: 5.6.0b3.
Notes: Issue seems to occur when specific scenario is met: Camera's Near Clipping Plane is set to be 0.01 and Objects are located far away from the world center (8000 in this case). Did not reproduce on Direct3D11, Direct3D12 and Vulkan graphics APIs. Reproduced with OpenGLES3, OpenGLES2 and OpenGLCore.
