[OpenGL] Unity can only read 1 mipmap from ".KTX" textures when the texture was compressed using ETC
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "MinimalRepro.zip" project
2. Enter "SampleScene" scene
3. See the difference between the two Game Objects in the Game scene
Expected Result: The top Game Object should look like the bottom Game Object by default
Actual Result: The two Game Objets look different
