[OpenGL] The back buffer is forced to be cleared by the camera that set ViewPortRect
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project (New Unity Project 33)
2. Open test.unity scene
3. Observe that the second camera draws a black box
Expected result: the second camera should not draw anything
Actual result: the second camera fills the screen in black
Reproduced in: 2017.3.0a2, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.1.0p2, 2017.1.0a1
Not reproduced in: 5.6.3f1, 5.5.4p2, 5.4.6f1

Reproduced with: OpenGL
