"Open Scenes have been modified externally" pops up after refocusing Editor window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Select SampleScene in a Project Window
3. In the Inspector window create a new AssetBundle name for SampleScene
4. After that unfocus Editor Window by pressing on any other Program, then focus the Editor again
Actual result: "Open Scenes have been modified externally" pops up.
Reproduced in: 2019.2.0b3 2019.3.0a3
Not reproduced in: 2018.4.1f1, 2019.2.0a4

Resolution Note:
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interest of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being.
