OnPointerDown is not called when clicking a UI element, if the angle between the canvas and the camera is bigger than 90 degrees
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "case_677438-Errors 2"
2. Open the scene "Test" and play
3. Press "Position 1" button, the camera will be pointed away from the canvas
4. Click on the red image, OnPointerDown will not be called
5. Press "Position 2" button, the camera will be pointed towards the canvas
6. Click on the red image. A message will be logged to the console, indicating that OnPointerDown was called
