OnPointerDown doesn't return the pressed UI elements
OnPointerDown() does not return the UI element that is clicked on; data.pointerPress gameObject is null.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached project.
2) Open 'TestScene'.
3) Press Play.
4) Press UI 'Button'.
NullReferenceException gets logged in the console when the button is pressed. However, when it is released, OnPointerUp() successfully returns the object.
Reproduced on:
5.5.0b9, 5.4.2p1, 5.3.6p8, 5.2.4f1
