[ScriptAPI] OnParticleCollision does not work with ParticleSystem.Simulate
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'PatricleSystemCollisionMessages' scene
3. It has a particle system which collides with the cube
4. Select Particle System object in the hierarchy
5. Uncheck 'Use Simulate Method' on Particle System Collision script
6. Press play
7. Collision is detected and messages appear in the console
8. Now enable 'Use Simulate Method'
9. Play the scene
10. CollisionMessage is not displayed when using ParticleSystem.Simulate
