Only one GPU is available to select as the "GPU Baking Device" when two identical GPUs are installed on a computer
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-14135.zip“
2. Open Window > Rendering > Lighting > Workflow Settings
3. Enable the “Auto Generate“ option
4. Open the “GPU Baking Device” dropdown menu
5. Observe the available GPUs
Expected result: Two identical GPUs are available for selection
Actual result: Only one GPU is available
Reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b7, 2023.1.0a11
Reproducible on: Windows 11
