Only a portion of the Canvas is rendered when rendering a Canvas using Screen Space - Camera via a Render Texture
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "UICameraBug" project
2. Open the Scene "SampleScene"
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. In the Game view press the "Render" button
5. In the Hierarchy select the "UIToRenderTexture" GameObject
6. In the Inspector double-click on the "Render Texture" property name field
7. Expand the preview window if it's not already expanded
Expected results: There are 4 circles rendered in the preview window
Actual results: There's only one circle rendered in the preview window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.15f1, 2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0b8, 2021.2.0a6
