"OnDemandRendering.renderFrameInterval" is ignored in the Player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_41680" project
2. Press File -> Build And Run
3. Observe the Player
Expected result: "Random" updated every ~2sec
Actual result: "Random" updated every frame
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.0f1, 2023.1.0b19, 2023.2.0a17
Note: also reproducible on Android and WebGL
