[OnCollisionExit][isKinematic]OnCollisionExit does not get called when the rigidbody is marked as kinematic
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open TestOnCollisionExit scene
3. Press play
4. Select the upper cube and set it as kinematic
5. Move the upper cube upwards
6. Notice that OnCollisionExit did not get called
