OnCollisionEnter is occasionally triggered on Start by a non-contacting Collider, using Continuous Speculative detection
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (TestRoll2.zip)
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Observe the Console window, Enter and Exit Play Mode
Expected result: the tilted plane never collides with the spawned Sphere on Start
Actual result: the tilted plane occasionally collides with the spawned Sphere on Start
Reproducible with: 2018.4.21f1, 2019.3.9f1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.1.0a7
Could not test with: 2017.4.39f1(Continuous Speculative detection unavailable)
Notes:
May take several attempts to reproduce
Could only reproduce with Sphere's CollisionDetectionMode.ContinuousSpeculative

Resolution Note:
Speculative (=predictive) collision detection can detect false positives because of the nature of how it works -- inflating the contact offset and using normal contact generation to discover contacts.
