OnApplicationPause pauseStatus is incorrect after losing focus on macOS
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Enter play mode. Note that "OnApplicationPause(false)" is logged to the console
4. Pause play mode
5. Click on the desktop or another program to cause the Editor to lose focus
6. Click on the Editor to refocus it. Note that "OnApplicationPause(true)" is logged to the console
7. Exit and re-enter play mode. Note that "OnApplicationPause(true)" is logged to the console
8. Click on the desktop or another program to cause the Editor to lose focus. Note that "OnApplicationPause(false)" is logged to the console
Expected result: OnApplicationPause pauseStatus is true while the editor is not focused and false when it is
Actual result: After losing focus OnApplicationPause pauseStatus is incorrect until losing and regaining focus again
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0b1
