[OculusCV1] Reflection of sky on water doesn't work as expected
To reproduce:
1.Open attached project.
2.Open and play "Rift Water Sky Reflection Problem" scene located in assets.
3.Try slowly looking up with oculus rift, notice that the sky reflection seems to be incorrectly offset by looking angle of rift (check attached image).

All water prefabs in the Environment Standard Asset package still exhibit this issue in Unity 5.4.1f1 on the Vive.
