[Oculus XR] Cannot build APK because of VR splash screen and modified Bundle Version Code
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached user's project
2. Add VR splash screen image for Android
3. Build the project
4. Change Bundle Version Code in the Player Settings
5. Build the project again
Expected result: APK is built successfully with a VR splash screen and a modified Bundle Version Code
Actual result: Cannot build APK because of VR splash screen and modified Bundle Version Code
Reproduces on: Oculus XR plugin 1.10.0 (2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.4f1, 2022.1.0b1)
Not reproducible on: Oculus XR plugin 1.11.0, 2.0.0-preview.1, 3.0.0-pre.1 (2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.4f1, 2022.1.0b1)

Latest issues
