[Oculus Android] glEsVersion is stripped from the AndroidManifest during building
Repros steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Note this line "<uses-feature android:glEsVersion="0x00030001" />" in the AndroidManifest
3. Build the application
4. Analyze the apk and observe its AndroidManifest
Actual: <uses-feature android:glEsVersion="0x00030001" /> is stripped from the manifest
Reproducible with: Oculus Android package version 2.38.4
