Objects inside a Canvas have hyper-sensitive rotation when Rotate Gizmo is used
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new UI element (E.g Button)
3. Select the UI object with the Rotate Tool
4. Use the Rotate Gizmo to rotate it
Expected result: Button rotates with normal increments
Actual result: The button rotation is highly multiplied
Reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.14f1, 2019.3.0f1, 2020.1.0a14
