ObjectDisposedException thrown when deleting actions maps
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new input actions asset and 2 maps to it
2. Delete the second one
3. Get ObjectDisposedException (Does not reproduce if there's only 1 map and it is last to be deleted)
