Object instantiation time regresses across consecutive runs when repeatedly populating large UGUI lists in Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-127076” project
2. Open the “Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Press the “Populate” button in the Game View multiple times
5. Observe the output in the Console window
Actual result: The time to instantiate objects increases with each button press
Expected result: The time to instantiate objects is consistent
Reproducible with: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.0b9 (82dc9f038487), 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4
Not reproducible with: 6000.3.0b8 (e2637a2f0801), 6000.3.5f1, 6000.4.0b5
