[Mixed Lights] Baked indirect portion of mixed light does not use near plane setting
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project attached(Test.zip)
2. Open scene "MixedSpotLight"
3. Generate lighting.
Expected result: There will be reflections from bottom platform.
Actual result: Light is only reflected from middle platform.
Reproduced on: 5.6.0b3, 5.6.0f2, 2017.1.0a5
Since the baked indirect portion of the mixed light does not support near plane like the direct realtime part does, it is possible to get inconsistent lighting behavior in some instances which make use of the near plane setting.
