NullReferenceException when using EditorWindow.mouseOverWindow.
How to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project.
2. Open scene 'hgf'
3. If 'Windowm8' is not already open, open Window > Repeat Button.
4. Move mouse in and out of the 'Windowm8' repeatedly.
Results: after moving the mouse cursor in and out of the window the NullReferenceException is triggered.
Reproduced on: 5.3.5f1, 5.3.6p3, 5.4.0p2, 5.5.0b1.
Could not test on 5.2 due to incompatibility.
