NullReferenceException when having Camera with RenderTexture output selected and interacting with Scene View while in Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP project
2. Create a new Render Texture
3. Assign the Render Texture to a Camera GameObject
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Select the Camera GameObject
6. Attempt to right-click/middle mouse click-drag in the Scene View
Expected result: no errors are thrown
Actual result: NullReferenceExceptions are thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a10, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.12f1, 2019.1.0a9
Could not test with: 2017.4.33f1(Render Pipeline packages unavailable)
Reproducible with package versions: 5.0.0, 7.1.2
Could not test with package versions: 4.10.0(Incomaptible with the 'Not reproducible' versions of Unity)
