NullReferenceException when creating a GameObject and calling it in Awake, Reset, OnEnable or Validate
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1373010_Test21.2.0a11.zip")
2. Open Test Scene
3. Select the "Add Test Script here" GameObject
4. Add Test Script to the selected GameObject
5. Observe the Console window
Expected result: New GameObjects are created and their names are logged in the Console window
Actual result: New GameObjects are created but NullReferenceException is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.27f1, 2021.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a12, 2021.2.0f1, 2022.1.0a13
