NullReferenceException is thrown and UI builder breaks when using a USS class with "transition-property: none"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the ‘TransitionBug.zip' project
2. In the Project menu, open the ‘TestDoc’ Visual Tree Asset
3. Select ‘Visual Element’
4. In the Inspector, navigate to the ‘Transition Animations’
5. In the Property field, select 'none’
6. Observe the console
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: Errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.60f1 (61dfb374e36f), 6000.2.8f1 (c9992ac36c34), 6000.3.0b4 (b7597543b0a4)
Not reproducible with: 6000.3.0b6 (211490bb75a6), 6000.4.0a2 (79bd4f638ac0)
Fixed in: 6000.3.0b4 (d9367c4960a7)
Reproducible on: macOS 26.0.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: no other environments tested
