NullReferenceException is thrown after importing Post Processing when it was already referenced in the scene
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import Post Processing asset from Package Manager
3. Add Post-process Layer component to Main Camera GameObject
4. Remove the Prost Processing package
5. Save the project and close the Editor
6. Open the same project
7. Import Post Processing asset again
8. Move the mouse in the Game View Window
9. Observe Console Window
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is thrown continuously
Reproducible with - 2018.1.9f2, 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a12
