[Notification] UnityEngine.iOS.LocalNotification.userInfo retrieves wrong value and causes OverflowException on iPhone 5
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached by the user
2. Build it for iOS and run on iPhone 5
3. While the app is running, open Control Center by swipe up
4. Close Control Center and open again
5. Check console. If there won't be Overflow Exception repeat 3,4 steps
Expected: Existing notifications are cleared and new notifications are set.
Actual: OverflowExeption occurs.
Reproduced: Unity 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0p2, 2017.2.0b6, 2017.3.0a3
iPhone 5 OS 10.1.1, iPhone 5 OS 9.3.5
Not reproducible on: iPhone 5s 9.3.3, iPhone 7+ 10.3.2
Fixed in: 2017.3.0b1
