Non-directional lightmaps for terrain without precomputed GI are too dark
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open project "case_767429-Temp"
2. Open scene "Scene"
3. Build lighting
Notice shadows cast by trees and terrain alike - they are too dark and don't have any contribution from the skybox ambient source. See attached picture "BakedWithoutRealtimeGi.png". Baking lighting with Precomputer realtime GI on lighting looks correct (see attached picture "BakedWithRealtimeGi.png")
Reproduced in 5.1.4f1, 5.2.2p4, 5.3.1p4, 5.3.2p1 and 5.4.0b5 versions.
