No valid hits are returned when using RaycastCommand
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "IN-121195"
2. Open the "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe Game View and Console
Expected result: "Cube" GameObject is hit and it’s name is logged in the Console
Actual result: "Cube" GameObject is not hit
Reproducible with: 6000.0.59f1, 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.9f1, 6000.3.0b7, 6000.4.0a3
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.58f2
Reproducible on: Windows 11, Mac M4
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
