No or too big limits on the Layers names in the Animator
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> Animation -> Animator Controller
3. Open the created Asset
4. Double-click the name of the "Base Layer" to enter the renaming
5. Enter a long string of characters
Expected results: There is a limit on the characters
Actual results: It is possible to enter 1500+ characters
Reproducible with: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a3
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24, macOS Tahoe 26
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
