No error thrown and doesn't start building process when building development standalone outside project folder
Steps to reproduce:
1. open build window and select "development build" checkbox
2. build outside project folder
Actual: after clicking save button in the location dialog it does not transition to building process
Expected: it should build or throw a warning
Reproduced: 5.5.0b1, 5.5.0b7
Not reproducible: 5.4.1p2
