Yes
No Default Render Pipeline asset assigned when creating a new 3D (URP) project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Create and open a new project with the 3D (URP) template
3. Go to Edit -> Project Settings -> Graphics
4. Observe the results
Expected results: Default Render Pipeline asset is set
Actual results: Default Render Pipeline asset is not set
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a7, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1
Could not test with: 2023.3.0a2, 2023.3.0a6 (The 3D (URP) template is broken, causing the project to load with an unsupported URP package version (17.0.1))
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: Default Render Pipeline asset is not set on the 2023.3.0a2 - 2023.3.0a6 as well, however that could be attributed to the project loading with an unsupported URP package version, so I didn’t put it in the “Reproducible with” section
