Newly created Untitled Scene is not marked as dirty
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- In the Hierarchy window right-click on existing scene
- In the dropdown menu press Add New Scene

Actual results:
The newly created scene "Untitled" does not have * symbol to mark it as dirty and unsaved
Expected results:
The newly created scene "Untitled" has a * symbol to inform that the scene is not saved yet
