[ShaderGraph] New node placement inconsistent
New nodes are not always created under mouse cursor.
Repro:
SG window must be maximised
Open create node menu (either RMB or spacebar)
Create any node
Notice how this node is created in the correct place
Without clicking anywhere else, press spacebar
Notice create node menu placement in top left
Create another node
Notice how new node is created under blackboard, as per Repro 1
