[NET 3.5] Linq Sort with a Comparer that always returns 1 results in an IndexOutOfRange exception
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (QuickSortIssue.zip)
2. Click Sorting -> Run in top menu bar
3. Observe the exception in the console
Expected: the exception is not thrown
Reproduced in 2017.2.3p2, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a5

Resolution Note:
This issue doesn't reproduce in new mono (.NET 4.x Equivalent). It is not something we are going to fix in old mono at this point, given old mono is deprecated in 2018.3. I'd encourage you to upgrade to the new scripting runtime if possible.
