[NestedPrefabs] When building AssetBundles with Nested Prefab, Assets are duplicated in parent prefab AssetBundle
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "Nested Prefabs.zip" project
2. Open Asset Bundle browser window
3. Build Bundles
4. Notice "child' and "parent" sizes
5. Add remaining Materials, Textures, and Meshes into a "Test" AssetBundle
6. Build Asset Bundles
7. Notice that the "Test" AssetBundle is the same size as "parent"
Expected Result: "child' and "parent" sizes should equal the "test" size
Actual Result: "child' and "parent" sizes are more than "test" size
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a4, 2019.2.0b4, 2019.1.4f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2018.3.0a6
Did not reproduce on: 2017.4.27f1

Resolution Note:
The concept of prefabs do not exist at runtime. Prefabs are baked out during the build process so each prefab, nested or otherwise, is full and independent of each other.
