Nested prefab overides do not update changes in prefab name
If you change the name of the prefab in the hierarcy the overide settings do not update the prefab name.
Steps to reproduce
- Open project with Unity Version 2018.2.0x-ImprovedPrefabs (a8fef54c15c9)
- Select the GameObject "Platform Background Left".
- Right click and rename.
- Navigate to the "Overide" drop down in the inspector.
- Apply all changes
NOTICE ISSUE >> I would expect the prefab in the Prefabs Asset folder to update with the new naming but it does not. The only way to change a prefabs name is to create a brand new prefab.

It's not a resolved issue, still exist in 2018.3 beta.
