Nested Canvas Layouts Break on Play Mode / Reloading Unity
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene Test.unity
3. Resize the canvases so they appear as in the screenshot
4. Play the scene
- Note how the canvases don't adhere to the setting
5. Stop playing the scene
- Note how they don't even return to their original states

I don't know for sure if it's the same problem, but I see very similar symptoms with scrollrects (rather than nested Canvases). GIF here:
