NavMeshObstacle with a large height does not block the agent path everywhere within the obstacle border
Steps to reproduce:
- Download and open the attached project "Navigation Obstacle Height Issue.zip"
- Open "scene"
- In the hierarchy, select the obstacle so that its border is shown in the scene view
- Enter play mode
- Observe the agent
Actual results: The agent walks in a straight line ignoring the bottom of the obstacle
Expected results: The agent walks around the obstacle

Notes:
- You can play around with moving the obstacle up and down and/or changing the height of the obstacle to see where the problem starts occurring
