"Navigation.wraparound" does not modify the value of the Wrap Around property when entering Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “WrapAroundBug”
2. Open "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity"
3. Under GameObject “Canvas” Select GameObject “TestButton” and observe the value of the “Wrap Around” property
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Observe the Console window and “Wrap Around” property in Inspector
Expected result: the value of the “Wrap Around” property changes to true
Actual result: the value of the “Wrap Around” property stayed false
Reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.4f1, 2023.1.0b1, 2023.2.0a3
