Native plugins experience name conflicts when built for both x86 linux and arm64 linux
Steps to reproduce:

Actual results: Name conflict prevents successful build with native plugins
Expected results: Native plugins do not experience a name conflict
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3 and newer
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.2 and prior
