Native metro plugin on WP 8.1 throws BadImageFormatException
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project. It is our metro native plugin example.
2. Build for Metro with Phone 8.1 SDK
3. Open up with VS and deploy
4. The BadImageFormatException is thrown (which is weird as the expected value is actually an integer, not an image in any way)
Explanation: x86 native plugins will not run on ARM CPUs.
