Names of new Scenes created with Scene Template Pipeline are null/empty
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "SceneTemplateTest.zip"
2. In Editor menu, select File -> New Scene
3. In New Scene window, select the "Example" template and press Create
4. Observe Console window
Expected result: Scene name is logged and is true
Actual result: Empty scene name is logged and is false
Reproducible with: 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.10f1, 2021.2.0a20
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.28f1 (Scene Template functionality unavailable)

Resolution Note (2022.1.X):
This is by design: a scene that doesn't contain any assets to clone, can be instantiated in memory and thus doesn't ask the user to save the scene on disk (and assign a name to the scene). If the scene would contain a reference to clone, the scene name wouldn't have been empty.
