Multiple Prefabs flicker in the Project window when doing changes to one Prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Unity project "My project (4).zip"
2. In the project select Cube GameObject in the Hierarchy window
3. In the Inspector window select "Open" to open the Prefab edit mode
4. In the Inspector window try changing the Prefab (scale it, enable/disable Static)
5. Observe the Prefabs in the Project window while editing
Expected result: Only the Prefab that is being edited updates
Actual result: Multiple Prefabs start flickering in the Project window while editing one Prefab
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a3, 2022.2.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.1f1, 2022.2.0a2
Reproducible on: macOS 12.3.1 (Apple M1 Max) Editor, Windows 10 (Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10980XE CPU 3.00GHz) Editor
