Multiple errors occur when AssemblyReference is deleted while .asmdef file already exists
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In the Project window create Assembly Definition and Assembly Definition Reference
3. Delete Assembly Definition Reference
Expected result: No errors occur
Actual result: "NullReferenceException" and "Folder contains multiple assembly definition files" errors occur
Reproducible in: 2019.2.3f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a2
Could not test up to 2019.2.0a7 (Assembly Definition Reference was not introduced)
Notes:
1. This issue also reproduces when using two .asmref files
2. Manually reimporting the file that is left (.asmdef or .asmref) fixes the issue
