Multiple Editor instances are opened when double-clicking a project in the Hub
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Hub
2. Double-click on an already existing project
Expected result: only a single instance of the Editor opens
Actual result: two instances of the Editor opens
Reproducible with: 3.0.1, 3.1.0-beta.1
Notes:
- If the issue wouldn't reproduce, try clicking on the project until the Editor starts loading
- Multiple instances of the Editor can be observed in the Task Manager (on Windows)
