Multiplayer Tools window option does not appear when opening the Window menu
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-85088” project
2. Expand the “Window” menu list in the Menu bar
3. Observe the menu list
Expected result: “Multiplayer Tools” option is visible
Actual result: There is no “Multiplayer Tools” option
Reproducible with: 1.1.0, 1.1.1, 2.0.0-pre.3 (2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.48f1)
Fixed in: 2.0.0-pre.5 (2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.48f1)
Not reproducible with: 2.1.0, 2.2.0 (2022.3.48f1, 6000.0.21f1)
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
The "Multiplayer Tools" EditorWindow and respective Window menu item did simply not exist in 2.0.0-pre.3 and earlier versions of the package.
It has been introduced with 2.0.0-pre.5 to provide an easy entry point to find and access the various tools, and is available since.
