MSVO Ambient Occlusion doesn't work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("1324639.zip")
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Select "postProcessing" GameObject
4. Toggle Ambient Occlusion on and off while observing GameView
Expected results: Ambient Occlusion is turned off and on
Actual results: Ambient Occlusion is never on
Reproducible with: Post Processing 3.1.0 (2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a13)
Not reproducible with: Post Processing 3.0.3 (2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.5f1)
Notes:
- Scalable Ambient Obscurance (SAO) is unaffected
- Reproducible on Mac, Windows
