Moving or rotating objects in the Scene cause lag when recording keyframes in the Timeline
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "Mermaid Test 1.zip" project
2. Create Capsule in the Scene
3. Click on Capsule and create new Timeline in Timeline tab
4. Click on the recording button and rotate or transform object
Expected result: Transforming the object does not cause a lag
Actual result: Moving or rotating objects cause the lag while recording keyframes in Timeline
Reproducible: 2018.3.0b3, 2018.3.0b11
Not reproducible: 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.17f1, 2018.3.0b12, 2019.1.0a10
